-CLUBHOUSE-
The "Clubhouse" is owned by Zellwood Station Co-op, Inc., as well as the "Whistle
Stop Lounge/Restaurant", community hall, Pro-Shop and porch.
The "Community hall" is used for meetings, parties, dances, wedding receptions, etc.
and is "free" to residents of Zellwood Station. It can be rented out to persons
outside of Zellwood Station for a fee.
If non-residents wish to use the "Community Hall" in the Clubhouse, it must be
reserved by calling the Park Manager 407-886-0000. If the restaurant will be involved
in providing food or refreshments, then the restaurant must be called in place of the
Park Manager at 407-889-5131. If the "community hall" is being used by residents, the
same procedure must be followed in order to avoid a conflict with other meetings or
dances, etc., if they are on the same date.
-CLUBHOUSE RESTAURANT-
The Restaurant (Whistle Stop Lounge) is for All Residents and Guests. It is
convenient, good food, and fair prices. It is a casual atmosphere where you can come
by golf car or car, have a cool drink and food, meet with friends, bring your family
and just relax and be waited upon by the restaurant staff.
-DEPOT-
The "Depot" (Recreation area), is governed by the Zellwood Station Community
Association, and is used for many social functions and meetings, which must be
scheduled through the Recreation Director.
A library is located in the Depot. Books are available on an honor system for take
out and to be returned without signing for them. VCR movies are also available but
MUST be checked out as well as in.
A swimming pool is located behind the Depot for All Residents of Zellwood Station,
and your guests are welcome. |
